HBO Max hosts ‘Euphoria Nights’ experience

The buzz surrounding the return of “Euphoria” extended beyond the screen as HBO Max staged an immersive fan event dubbed “Euphoria Nights.”

Held April 17 at Shooting Gallery Studios, days after the show’s Season 3 premiere, the gathering transformed the venue into a series of stylized installations inspired by the series’ distinct visual identity. Among the highlights were “Buried in Blooms,” a floral-heavy set evoking the show’s dreamlike tone, and “Silver Slipper,” a glossier, nightlife-themed backdrop designed for photo moments.

Music anchored the evening with Filipino band IV of Spades taking the Wild West-themed stage to perform crowd favorites including “Aura” and “Kabisado.” DJ Butta B also delivered a set that kept attendees on their feet throughout the night.

The event drew a notable guest list, including model and entrepreneur Georgina Wilson, actress and beauty queen Kylie Verzosa, cosplayer and streamer Myrtle Sarrosa, and drag performer Marina Summers.

The third season of the HBO original drama premiered April 13 on HBO Max, with new episodes scheduled weekly. The series is created and led by Sam Levinson and stars Emmy winner Zendaya. It is produced in partnership with A24.

Set in the fictional town of East Highland, California, Euphoria has built its reputation on an unflinching portrayal of adolescence, exploring themes of identity, addiction, relationships and mental health. The new season shifts the timeline forward by five years, following the characters into adulthood as they confront questions of faith, redemption and morality.

All episodes of the new season are available for streaming on HBO Max, alongside the show’s first two seasons.
