MANILA, Philippines — Coachella has finally released its set schedule, and Filipino pop sensation BINI is set to make history this weekend as the first all-Filipino group to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, with a slot at the Mojave Tent.
BINI will take the Mojave stage on April 10 from 4:15 to 5:00 p.m. PDT (Saturday, April 11 from 7:15 to 8 a.m. Manila time) as part of Weekend 1 of the festival.
The Mojave Tent, a covered mid-sized stage known for its intimate atmosphere and strong acoustics, has long served as a platform for emerging and critically acclaimed artists. As the second-largest tent at the festival next to the Sahara Tent, it offers a balance between scale and crowd connection — a setting that could amplify BINI’s high-energy set.
The eight-member act — Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna and Sheena — will share the Mojave lineup with a range of genre-spanning performers, including Blood Orange, Ethel Cain, FKA twigs and Iggy Pop.
Across the festival grounds, major acts are also scheduled the same day on April 10, including Sabrina Carpenter, Disclosure, The xx and Anyma.
Also performing Friday (Saturday in Manila) is global girl group KATSEYE, which features Filipina member Sophia Laforteza.
BINI arrives with a string of hits that have defined their rise as the “Nation’s Girl Group.” Tracks like “Pantropiko,” “Salamin, Salamin,” and “Karera” have driven their popularity, while songs such as “Cherry On Top,” “Lagi,” “Na Na Na,” and “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi” highlight their upbeat, polished pop sound and synchronized choreography.
Their Coachella set marks a major milestone not only for the group but for the broader P-pop movement, which is gaining global reach.
For fans worldwide, the 2026 Coachella festival will once again be livestreamed exclusively on YouTube.
